STAPLE FIBERS
Cut lengths from 6mm to 152mm, and crimp levels from uncrimped to 20 crimps per inch. Fiber deniers from 1.5 to 32 denier per filament (1.7 to 35 dtex).
BICOMPONENT FIBERS
Bicomponent fibers are “co-extruded” with two different polymers in the cross section.
This allows the fiber to use the properties of both materials.
SPECIALTY CROSS SECTIONS
A modified cross section can provide added functionality, such as unique luster or moisture transport.
ENGINEERING POLYMERS & ADDITIVES
We offer fibers made from nearly any thermoplastic material, and have the ability to include a wide variety of additives.
